As part of Biology 152, all students must complete a semester-long research project called the Independent Project (IP). The IP allows you to investigate a novel research question and communicate your findings in a variety of ways. It also helps fulfill the UW-Madison Communication B requirement for graduation.
There are two types of IP you may choose from this semester – Data-first projects or Mentored research projects.
